Welcome from Toronto and Districts Garden Club. We’re planning a wonderful range of activities for this convention and are looking forward to sharing our beautiful area with you. Stay a while longer and visit the Hunter Valley Wine Region and the wonderful Hunter Valley Gardens or Newcastle and Port Stephens.

 

There is plenty of lakeside accommodation, the range includes apartments, motels, B&B's and caravan parks. Look for accommodation in or near Warners Bay to be close to convention venues, cafes and restaurants and the beautiful foreshore walk. Please note that most accommodation around Lake Macquarie is more than walking distance from convention venues. If you need a hire car during your stay, Newcastle Car and Truck Rental are offering a 7% discount for those attending the convention. Visit their website at www.newcastlerental.com for their rates. If you have any special dietary needs please include these on your registration form. Our venues are accessible but some sites may have steps or uneven ground. If you have any other special needs please send an email to [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Three hundred places are available for this convention plus accompanying partners, and applications will be processed in order of receipt. Registrations will close on 30 June 2023 or when 300 members have registered. This is necessary due to venue capacity limits. Book now and don’t miss out.
